Everyone gets exactly the access their job needs.
A hotel front desk, a hospital ward, a school office — the person who scans a Mrk during their shift is rarely the person who should be able to delete it. Team Management gives every staff member a role: manage, view, or just scan. Nobody needs a shared login, and nobody has more access than their job requires.
4 roles
owner, admin, manager, viewer
Instant
access granted or revoked
Org-wide
not one invite per tag
Owner is whoever set up the organization. Admin runs it day to day — inviting staff, creating locations, managing tags — without being able to remove the owner. Manager edits tags and uses templates too, without team or billing access. Viewer can look, and nothing else. The same four roles you would expect from any team tool, applied to physical tags instead of documents.
Add someone to the team with their email address and a role. They accept, and their access starts immediately. When someone leaves, remove them and their access ends immediately too — no shared password to change, no tag to reprint.
Personal accounts can share one tag with a few people (§ Share with Family). Team Management is the organization-wide version: a role applies across every tag your organization owns, not one at a time, which is what makes onboarding staff a single step instead of one per tag.
Go and look at the Mrks, or ask us anything about team management — we will know what you were reading.
